"extra credit" in week 8. Please review the concept of "learned
helplessness." Who coined the term and how may it impact clients presenting
for therapy (give a case example - diversity considerations please). In
addition, how may it impact school performance of children and adolescents? (14

C7458 Diagnosis and Treatment Planning
Welcome! This is a blended course. Please print a copy of the
syllabus for your reference. Many links to the required additional readings are
posted directly to your ONLINE
COURSE. However, please check this site weekly for a summary of all
additional resources and required readings.
Weekly Discussion Questions:
The weekly assignments consists of four parts and are due
each Saturday by 10:00 PM Central time.
a) Read the online lecture

c) Answer the weekly discussion question posted below and reply to at
least one of the posting's of your fellow students.
d) Complete the weekly reading assignments as outlined in the syllabus
and posted below Module 1
